Quick little note

I just wanted to share the page I found to help with getting to the point of being able to do a pull up.  I am working on my arm and chest strength to do this.  I was doing some lat pulls and am working my way up to half my body weight.  After that I am not sure what I am going to do because they don’t have an assist anywhere.  I will figure it out and maybe even grab one of those pull up assist strap contraptions at the sporting goods store.  Anyway here is the website, have a great night!
